- Super heavy-duty one-piece solid steel mount is ideal for all floor, wall and ceiling anchoring of heavy bags, double end bags, cables, resistance bands, suspension systems and more.
- Mounts to concrete Floors, overhead beams, vertical wood studs and more.
- Can hold heavy bags up to 200 lbs**
- Two x 1/2" x 3" Stainless Steel lag bolts recommended for wood installation.(Included)
** (With proper installation into secure wooden studs)
7'-7'6" Kit comes with (1) Ceiling Mount and (1) Carabiner.
8'-9' Kit comes with (1) Ceiling Mount, (1) Carabiner, and (1) Heavy Bag Strap.
9'6"-10'6" Kit comes with (1) Ceiling Mount, (1) Carabiner, and (2) Heavy Bag Straps.
Straps are a closed loop design for extra strength but can still be adjusted with different techniques of folding and running through themselves of the D-Rings of the bag.
Straps are recommended for our bags to allow the D-Rings to last as long as possible to prevent any metal to metal wear over time.
