- Mounts to concrete Floors, overhead beams, vertical wood studs and more.
- Holds heavy bags up to 200 lbs.
- Two x 1/2" x 3" Stainless Steel lag bolts recommended for wood installation. (Included)
- Two x 1/2" x 3" Concrete anchors with sleeve recommended for concrete installation.(Floor Only) (Not Included)
